How does shipping work?
We only ship within a 20-mile radius of OX4 4BJ, in the checkout you are able to select 10 mile or 20 mile radius and select a delivery date.
How do i care for my Christmas tree?
Once you have placed your tree in an appropriate stand, fill the compartment up with water and be sure to keep topped up daily.
When will you be recieving your trees?
Our first delivery will be coming in on the 22nd of November. We will be able to supply delivery’s and Click and Collection from the 23rd and you can arrange the delivery date and time in the checkout page.
Is your store on Meadow Lane still open this year.
Yes it is, it will be open from November 23rd.
